阐述了乳糖的营养和乳糖不耐症的特点,并对其产生的原因及预防措施进行说明。分析了乳糖不耐症的现状和我国对抵抗乳糖不耐症食品的开发研究。
This article elaborated the nutrition of lactose and the characteristic of lactose intolerance, illustrated the reasons and preventive measures of lactose intolerance, analyzed the present situation of lactose intolerance and the development of lactose intolerance food in China.
