摘要 目的优化提取香蕉皮中多酚物质的条件。方法研究乙醇浓度、提取温度、时间、料液比及提取次数对提取香蕉皮中多酚的影响,运用正交试验优化提取条件。结果乙醇-水溶液提取香蕉皮中多酚物质的效果较为理想。结论浸提的最佳条件为80%乙醇溶液、温度80℃、时间3 h、浸提次数2次。 Objective To optimize the extraction condition of polyphenols from banana peel. Methods The effects of concentration of ethanol, extraction temperature, time, ratio of solvent to raw material, extraction frequency on the extraction of polyphenols from banana peel were studied. The extraction condition was optimized by orthogonal experiment. Results The extraction effect of ethanol-water solution was fairly perfect in the extraction of polyphenols from banana peel. Conclusion The best extraction condition can be obtained as follows: 80 % ethanol solution, 80℃, 3 hours each time, totally 2 times.
