超滤技术浓缩分离羊肚菌胞外多糖的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的确定超滤技术浓缩纯化羊肚菌胞外多糖的最佳条件。方法以截留率和膜通量为参数,从超滤膜大小、超滤压力、超滤温度3个因素优选最佳超滤条件。结果超滤羊肚菌胞外多糖的最佳条件为:用截留Mr 10×103的超滤膜,超滤压力0.100 MPa,超滤温度20℃。结论在此条件下,胞外多糖截留率达到95.72%。 Objective To study the optimum condition of concentration and purification of extracellular polysac-charide from Morchella by ultrafiltration technology. Methods With retention rate and membrane flux as parameters, the optimum ultrafiltration condition was defined by investigating the size of ultrafiltration membrane, ultrafiltration pressure and temperature. Results The optimum ultrafiltration condition for extracellular polysaccharide from Morchella was as follows: ultrafiltration membrane with a molecular cut off of 10 ×10^3, ultrafiltration pressure of 0.100 MPa and temperature of 20 ℃. Conclusion Under this condition, the retention rate of extracellular polysaccharide from morchella can be up to 95.72 %.
