Based on standard ASTM G146 -01, the overseas test method and procedures of hydrogen induced disbonding between over- layer and the base metal in hydrogenator wcre introduced in this paper, including test mockup dimension, PWHT, UT, cleaning, degassing, phneumatic pressure test, hydrogeuing, test mouckup cutting, micro metallography test, etc.
