山西辽宁两地房性心律失常年节律的比较

摘要 目的研究山西省、辽宁省两个不同地域发生房性心律失常的季节分布规律,为时间治疗学提供依据。方法选择山西省2313份和辽宁省966份远程心电监测的资料,采用圆形分布统计分析方法对房性心律失常发病日期进行逐月统计分析,比较这两地房性心律失常季节分布的特点。结果山西省的房性心律失常在1年的11个月份(不含2月份)分布上存在明显的集中趋势,高峰时点为1月2日(P<0.05);辽宁省的房性心律失常在1年12个月份分布上也存在明显的集中趋势,但高峰时点为11月10日(P<0.05)。结论山西辽宁两地的房性心律失常都存在年节律,从总体来看与四季气候的变化相同步,但是地域不同年节律不完全相同。 Objective To investigate the cireannual rhythm in patients with atrial arrhythmia in Shanxi province and Liaoning province,and to provide an evidence for chronotherapy. Methods A total of 2 313 cases from Shanxi province and 966 from Liaoning province undergoing transtelephonie electrocardiographic monitoring( TTM) were enrolled. The incidence of atrial arrhythmia was recorded in every month one year, and the peak incidence of atrial arrhythmia in circannual distribution was analyzed by circular distribution analysis system. The characteristics of circannual distribution of atrial arrhythmia in different areas were compared. Results The distribution of cireannual rhythm of atrial arrhythmia in Shanxi province in 11 months( excluding February)presented apparent aggregation trend( peak time on January 2, _P 〈 0.05), while existed in 12 months in Liaoning province(peak time on November 10, P 〈 0.05). C/inclusion Atrial arrhythm vary seasonally in Shanxi province and Liaoning province, yet the rhythm is distinctive in different regions, which could provide an evidence for chronotherapeuties and region-therapeutics in decreasing medical cost and increasing efficiency.
