正交设计法探讨生姜中总黄酮的提取方案 被引量:6

摘要 目的采用正交设计法确定生姜中总黄酮的最佳提取方案。方法以不同浓度的乙醇进行单因素实验,选择出最佳提取溶剂。再以回流次数、回流时间、所用溶剂体积3个因素,采用3×3正交设计法对生姜中总黄酮进行回流提取,并以紫外可见分光光度计对生姜中总黄酮进行含量测定。结果最佳提取方案为:药材与提取溶剂的用量比1∶10、回流提取3次、每次1.5h。结论该提取方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,为进一步研究生姜中总黄酮提取工艺提供理论依据。 Objective To explore the optimization conditions for extraction of total flavonoids from ginger. Methods Various trials were conducted for the extraction of total flavonoids from ginger with a three-factor at three-level orthogonal array experimental design, and the content of the extracted total flavonoids was determined with UV spectrophotometry. Results The optimized experimental parameters of extraction were ratio of ginger-50% ethanol, extraction time of one reflux and reflux times as 1 : 10,1.5 hours and 3 times, respectively. Conclusion The method of is simple and feasible for extracting total flavonoids from ginger.
