摘要
目的探讨马来酸桂哌齐特联合依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DNP)的临床效果。方法72例DNP患者经血糖控制达到满意后,随机分为两组:治疗组(n=36,马来酸桂哌齐特联合依帕司他治疗),对照组(n=36,甲钴铵治疗)。观察其对腓总神经及胫神经传导速度的影响,并分析其对DNP所致微血管病变引起的神经缺血、缺氧的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率,腓总神经和胫神经传导速度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且未发现明显的不良反应。结论马来酸桂哌齐特联合依帕司他治疗DNP效果明显优于甲钴铵,且无明显不良反应。
Objective To explore the effects of cinepazide maleate and epalrestat in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods Seventy-two DPN patients, with a satisfactory level of blood glucose, were divided into 2 groups: treatment group( n = 36, treated with cinepazide maleate and epalrestat)and control group( n = 36, treated with mecobalamin). Then the con- duction velocity of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve were detected, and the effect on the symptoms of diabetic microangopathy caused by DPN were observed. Results The effective rate and the conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve in treatment group were significantly higher than these in control group( P 〈 0.05), and no obvious adverse reactions were found. Conclusion The cinepazide maleate combined with epalrestat is better in treatment of DPN than mecobalamin.
