罗库溴铵用于全麻诱导后气管插管时间窗的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察麻醉诱导达一定深度,静脉注射罗库溴铵后不同时点声门暴露情况、气管插管条件及心血管反应,推断此条件下理想的气管插管时间窗。方法120例择期全麻手术患者,年龄20-60岁,ASAI-Ⅱ级,排除可能气管插管困难者,根据肌松药注射后插管时间随机分为R1min组、R2min组、R3min组、R4min组,每组30例。快速给予芬太尼4μg/kg、异丙酚2.00mg/kg行快速诱导,分别于预设时间注射罗库溴铵0.9mg/kg后1min、2min、3min、4min时行气管插管。观察各组气管插管条件和声门暴露程度及心血管反应以了解迷走神经反应。结果R1min组声门暴露程度与其余三组比较差异有统计学意义,R2min和R3min组声门完全暴露率优于R1min组,R2min、R3min、R4min组之间比较无统计学差异。四组病人在插管即时平均血压和心率与注射肌松药前比较差异有统计学意义。结论罗库溴铵给药后2-4min时比1min时声门暴露程度更满意,是该药在丙泊酚和芬太尼全麻诱导下理想的气管插管时间窗。
