摘要
为实现橡胶沥青同步碎石封层车控制系统的自动化和数字化功能,采用PLC和触摸屏作为橡胶沥青同步碎石封层车的运行主控单元,通过PLC以及触摸屏的程序设计,对橡胶沥青同步碎石封层车的精确化施工实现控制。结果表明:该控制系统简化了操作台的结构,并提高了施工效率。
In order to implement the automation and digitization of control system for rubber asphalt synchronous chip sealer, PLC and touch screen are used as the running main control units. The control of accurate construction of rubber asphalt synchronous chip sealer is implemented by means of the program design of PLC and touch screen. The result indicates that the control system simplifies the console and raise the efficiency of construction.
