摘要
利用吉林大学研制的车身与模具技术研究所开发的KMAS有限元模拟软件对6mm厚的聚碳酸酯板材的半球吹塑成型过程进行数值模拟计算,同时通过成型试验所得数据与模拟结果进行对比发现,半球高度值吻合良好,其误差点出现在成型边缘固定区域;半球厚度主要误差出现在制件的顶部,最大误差达到14.19%。同时对影响聚碳酸酯模拟成型精度的因素作了分析,指出提高模拟工作精度的主要方法。
The FEM simulation software KMAS developed in the car-body & mould institute of Jilin University was used to simulate the process of hemisphere blow moulding of 6 mm PC, and the simulated results was compared with data obtained by traditional moulding experiments. The results proved that : the highness of hemisphere inosculates well, the main errors existed at the edge. The main error of thickness was at the crest of the parts, the maximal error was 14.19%. At the same time, the effects of facts on simula- ting moulding precision of PC was analysed, and the key method to enhance the precision of the simulation was pointed out.
