医护人员职业倦怠及干预对策 被引量:15

摘要 目的:了解目前医护人员职业倦怠的现状及干预对策。方法:采用MB I—HSS对两家医院216名医护人员进行了调查。结果:医护人员存在一定程度的职业倦怠,体现在情绪衰竭、情感疏远和个人成就感缺乏等三方面,并表现出性别与学历差别,女性、低学历者易职业倦怠。结论:医护人员是职业倦怠的易感人群,女性和低学历者是预防和干预的重点。
