The Influence of High-formwork Supports’ Configurations on Bearing Capacity

摘要 目前有关高支模的国家规范尚未正式颁布,在高支模的设计和施工方面还没有一个统一的标准,导致高支模施工坍塌事故时有发生。根据文献[1]的试验结论,用三维有限元方法讨论了扣件式钢管模板支架的各构造因素:步距、剪刀撑、扫地杆等的设置方式对架体稳定承载力的影响,根据对计算数据的分析提出了一些高支模体系在设计和施工过程中应注意的问题和建议,以供设计和施工人员参考,同时也为建立高大模板支架空间结构体系安全控制理论的奠定了基础。 National standard of high-formwork has been not officially promulgated at present, and it is not a unified standard in high-formwork design and construction, which causes high-formwork to collapse sometimes. According to the conclusion of some researchers, the influence of configurations of fastener-style steelpipe falseworks on bearing capacity is discussed in this paper. By establishing the three-dimensional finite element model of high-formwork supports, the author carries on non-linear bucking analysis, and qualitative research on the impact of the stability capacity of factors like vertical pole's span, horizontal pole's step, bridging, a value that is the length of the vertical pole stretching out the top layer of horizontal pole, high-erection of formwork and so on. According to the analyzing of the calculating result, the paper proposed some suggestion and problems about the supporting structure for tall and large formwork during the design and the construction, which the designers and the constructors can refer to, and laid the foundation for the security control theory of the high-formwork structure.
