摘要
露出型钢柱脚是钢结构厂房与基础相连接的重要部位,因此在对此类钢结构进行设计前需要对柱脚的力学性能进行全面深入的研究。采用有限元软件建立了考虑接触的三维有限元模型,对露出型钢柱脚进行了循环荷载下的非线性分析,讨论了轴向力、锚栓枚数等因素对其破坏模式和极限承载力的影响,并通过得到的弯矩—转角滞回曲线及骨架曲线,研究了柱脚的恢复力特性和耗能性能,并与试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,露出型钢柱脚呈滑移型滞回特征,滞回曲线较为饱满,耗能能力强,与试验结果吻合较好,研究结果对这种钢柱脚的设计与应用提供了参考。
The steel column bases have been widely used in steel structure workshops and the connections play important roles in these buildings. Therefore, the study on the mechanical properties of steel column base is necessary. In the paper, the three dimensional finite element models is established to present the behavioral characteristics of steel column bases under cyclic loads, and the factors of contact are taken into account in the modeling. The effect of the axial force and the number of bolts on the connection failure modes and ultimate capacity are analyzed. Moreover, hysteretic behaviors and dissipation characteristics are obtained with the moment-rotation hysteretic curves, and the contrastive analysis of the test results have been carried out. The results indicate that the characteristic of the hysteretic behaviors of ordinary bare column base is slip-type, the hysteretic curves are plump, and energy dissipation capacity is high. The moment-rotation hysteretic curves agree well with the test results. Some conclusions drawn may be quite useful for the design and application of such connections.
