摘要
手汗症行部分胸交感神经链切除能获痊愈,但需行两侧剖胸术,创伤大,病人往往不愿接受。电视胸腔镜外科(VATS)可不剖胸完成部分胸交感神经链切除术。我科自1995年7月起采用VATS部分胸交感神经切除术27例,并对手术径路及操作技术作了改进,取得满意效果,现报道如下。
