摘要
地震孤儿作为一个特殊的弱势群体,需要社会特殊的安置和救助。通过对唐山地震孤儿的深度访谈,总结了当时安置救助工作的经验和存在的主要问题。这些经验和教训也为当前汶川大地震孤儿安置救助提供了有益的启示。
Orphans appeared after an earthquake, as a special vulnerable group, need to be resettled and assisted specially by community. Through interviews with orphans appeared after Tangshan earthquake, experience and main problems in resettlement and assistance of these orphans are summarized. These experiences and lessons will provided useful revelation for the resettlement and assistance of orphans in Wenchuan earthquake.
