By analyzing the practice situation of defects existed in bedding plane free-standing column concrete of out-patient medical technique floor in some hospital, the mending method of this concrete defect was discussed from four aspects such as engineering general situation, construction disposition, construction technology and government measurement, the standing formwork stress was calculated, and standing formwork attached drawing was explained.
