浅析砖混住宅楼顶层温度裂缝的原因及防治

Discussion on the reasons and prevention of temperature crack of brick concrete residential building top layer

针对建筑结构产生裂缝的普遍现象,分析了砖混住宅楼顶层温度裂缝的产生原因,提出了相应的预防措施和修整方法,指出应加强设计、施工及使用等方面的管理,从而确保结构安全和避免不必要的损失。

Aiming at common phenomena of crack in architectural structure, the origin reasons of brick concrete residential top layer temperature crack were analyzed and corresponding prevention measures and shaving method were proposed. It pointed that it should strengthen management of design, construction and utilization, so as to guarantee structural safety and avoid unnecessary loss.
