从人力资源的规划、人力资源发展规划与培训的需求分析两方面对现代人力资源发展规划进行了具体阐述,从而说明人力资源发展规划与培训需求分析的重要性,以加强对员工的培训与训练,使其适应强大的社会压力。
The present human resources development planning was illustrated from human resources planning, the demand analysis of human resources development planning and training. It illustrated that the importanee of human resources development planning and training demand analysis, therefore strengthened training on pcoples to adopt great social pressure.
