摘要
针对施工企业安全管理的重要性,根据安全系统论的观点,概述了发生安全事故的原因,具体阐述了建立安全管理模式的主要内容,以期形成一套科学规范的内部安全管理方法和管理模式,从而确保安全生产目标真正落实。
In view of the importance of safety management in construction enterprises and according to the viewpoints of systematic theory of safety the reasons caused the safety accidents are generalized. In addition major contents related to the building of safety management models are elaborated, in order to form a set of scientific and normalized internal safety management method and modd tO ensure the realization of safety production management targets.
