基于灰色关联分析的施工项目经理优选研究

Study on the optimal selection of the construction project manager based on the grey correlation analysis

运用灰色系统理论,结合建筑施工项目目标及特点,构建了施工项目经理评选指标体系,建立了评选模型,提出科学的评选方法,以提高建筑施工企业内部选派项目经理的合理性和有效性,并指出该方法具有广泛的应用价值。

Combined with the target and the characteristics of the construction project, the paper builds the index system of the construction project manager selection by using the grey system theory, builds the selection models, puts forward the scientific selection method, in order to improve the rationality and the effectiveness of designating the construction project manager in the construction enterprises, and points out that the method has the wide application value.
