摘要
分析了公路工程招投标存在问题的主要表现形式,探寻了产生这些问题的原因,提出了解决这些问题的一系列措施,其根本目的是为了预防和遏制公路建设招投标违法乱纪现象的滋生,使招投标更有力地促进公路工程的建设。
The main expressive form of highway engineering construction inviting and submitting tenders existing problerns, the reasons were searched and a series of measures to resolve the problems were proposed. Its ultimate goal was to prevent and inhibit highway construction tenders criminal phenomena and make tenders promote highway engineering construction.
