摘要 哮喘是儿童常见病,其发病机制复杂,多种环境因素可以作用于哮喘候选基因,对哮喘表型产生影响。气道重建是哮喘的特征之一,而且气道平滑肌细胞重建和微血管重建在哮喘呼吸道中相当普遍,在哮喘发病中起着重要作用。解聚素和金属蛋白酶33是哮喘的易患基因,同时也是哮喘病情加重的生物标记物。对β2肾上腺素受体基因多态性分析使长效口受体激动剂风险机制更复杂化。吸入性糖皮质激素预防性应用并不能防止哮喘发病,吸入性糖皮质激素-长效β受体激动剂联合治疗方案和肿瘤坏死因子免疫调节剂治疗在临床上取得了较好疗效,对临床工作意义重大。
