摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了高岭土/二氧化钛复合颜料。通过白度、吸油值、XRD和SEM等测试,分析了钛盐溶液加入量、滴加方式以及煅烧温度对二氧化钛包覆高岭土的影响。得到白度为95.61%、吸油值为22.5ml/100g的锐钛型钛白代用品。
Kaolin/TiO2 complex paint was prepared by sol-gel method. By the whiteness, oil absorbed value, XRD and SEM, it is analyzed how the quantity of titanium salt solution, adding method and calcined temperature affected TiO2 coating kaolin, The substitute product of anatase is obained, which the whiteness is 95.61% and the oil absorbed value is 22.5ml/100g.
