摘要
为降低SBS的成本,开发了新型漂珠/SBS复合材料。采用共混法制备漂珠/SBS复合材料,并对其力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:改性后漂珠的粒径减小并呈片状。漂珠/SBS复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、邵氏硬度、耐磨性明显提高。最佳配方为100份SBS,15份的改性漂珠,1份硬酯酸锌,1份抗氧化剂。此种配比下,材料的力学性能达到最佳。
The new type of modified cenosphere/SBS composite was developed in order to decrease the cost of SBS. The cenosphere/SBS composite was prepared by co-mixing technology and its mechanical properties were investigated. It showed that the particle size of modified hollow microsphere was decreased and the sheet of modified cenosphere was presented. The tensile strength, elongationat break, hardness and wear resistance of composite materials were eventually increased. The optimum formulation were as follows: SBS 100 parts, modified cenosphere 15 pans, ZnSt 1 part, antioxidant 2 pans. The mechanical properties of composite was the best under this ratio.
