摘要
实验研究了天然蒙脱土和石墨的改性,以及改性后的有机蒙脱土和膨胀石墨对油的吸附能力和处理含油废水的效果。结果表明,有机蒙脱土吸油能力比天然蒙脱土大大提高,而且随着改性剂用量的增大,吸附能力迅速增加。用浓硫酸-H2O2和浓硫酸-KMnO4改性分别制备的膨胀石墨,吸油能力基本一致,但是不同膨化温度对石墨吸油能力影响显著,400℃以上时,吸油能力很强。将有机蒙脱土和膨胀石墨处理含油废水比较,膨胀石墨维持高效处理的时间比有机蒙脱土长。
In this experiment, the modification of the natural montmorillonite and graphite, as well as their adsorption capacity ofoil and processing effects of oily wastewater were investigated. The results showed that the oil absorption of organic montmorillonite was greatly enhanced comparing with the natural montmorillonite, and its oil absorption increased rapidly as the dosage of the modifier increased. The oil absorptions of expanded graphites respectively modified by concentrated sulfuric acid-hydrogen peroxide and concentrated sulfuric acid-potassium permanganate were similar. The expanding temperature had a significant impact on the adsorption capacity. The oil adsorption capacity was great as the expanding temperature was over 400℃. When the organic montmorillonite and expanded graphite were used to deal with the oily wastewater, the expanded graphite would maintain longer high efficiency time than the organic montmorillonite.
