大学内部教育质量保障制度的缺陷及其调整

高等教育质量的根本要义是人才培养的质量。大学内部教育质量保障制度体系可以从专业、教师、学生等不同层面加以理解和分析。从满足大众化时期人才培养质量多样化与适切性的要求审视,大学现行的内部教育质量保障制度尚存在一些缺陷。为此,有必要对目前的大学内部教育质量保障制度进行适度调整。

As for the quality of higher education, the quality of its personnel-training is its essence. An overall quality security system inside the university can be understood and analyzed from multi-dimensional point of view such as majors, teachers and students. By close survey of meeting the needs of diversification and suitability of personnel training during the period of generalization, the quality security system inside the university still has lots of defects. Thus, it is necessary to adjust the quality security system appropriately.
