城市中小学布局结构调整问题探讨——以桂林市为例

On the Layout Adjustment of Urban Schools

随着城市经济社会发展及人口变化,城市中小学布局结构不合理的问题日益突出,因此,如何制订相应的策略,优化配置教育资源,以满足人们对教育尤其是优质教育的需求显得十分紧迫。本文认为,进行城市中小学布局结构调整,必须做好中小学布局结构科学规划、处理好中小学校面临的各种问题、利用多种途径筹措中小学布局结构调整所需的资金、做好师资队伍的培养、储备、分流、共享等工作。

With the development of economy, society and the changes of population, the improper building problems of urban Middle and Primary Schools become more obvious. Thus, only making successful adjustments, can we meet the demand of high quality education of people. Layout Construction of Urban Middle and Primary Schools is a very complicated project, which includes the following measures： planning the adjustment of Middle and Primary schools＂ layout construction scientifically; dealing well with the problems in the reconstruction, removing as well as combining and building of Middle and Primary Schools; applying various channels to raise money that is needed in the adjustment of Urban Middle and Primary Schools＂ layout construction; well preparing the culturing, reserving, dispersing, sharing work of teachers.
