Teenagers' Education of 14-19 Years Old:An Analysis of Education Strategy of UK in Early 21st Century

摘要 英国21世纪青少年教育战略强调全员受教与个性化发展相结合,提高综合素质与关键能力,发展职业教育。在"卓越"与"共生"意识的指导下,该战略包含许多切实有效的措施,但同时也存在着一些问题。本文通过分析该战略,以期对我国基础教育政策的制订有所启示。 Teenagers" education strategy of 14-19 years old in UK emphasizes the combination of education for all with individual development, the improvement of comprehensive quality with key ability, and development of vocational education. Under the guidance of "Excellence" and "Symbiosis", this strategy undertakes a series of practical and effective measures. Meanwhile, some problems and deficiencies also exist. By the analysis of this strategy, this paper expects to inspire the making of elementary education policy in our country.
