摘要
以中国优秀跨栏运动员刘静为对象对十运会女子100m栏测试赛上过栏动作技术进行生物力学三维摄像解析,获得运动学参数进行分析探究动作技术上存在的问题,为跨栏运动技术训练提供参考。
This article takes Chinese talent hurdle racer Liujing as the research subject and conducts a three dimensional video analysis of her technical action of clearing the bar in women＇s 110 meter hurdle race in the Tenth National Meeting. Kinematic indexes are analyzed to study the existing problems in her technical action in the hope of providing reference for the technical action training.
