摘要
将大鼠分为假手术组SHAM、造模组,其中造模组又分为坐骨神经切除组(DN)、被动运动组(PM)、电刺激组(ES)、联合干预组(PM+ES)。经30天实验后,PM组明显提高成骨活性,ES组有效地改善去神经支配大鼠骨代谢状况,但是PM+ES更加有效改善去神经大鼠骨代谢水平,联合作用保持骨胶原生成和骨组织的动态平衡,有效预防骨质疏松,比单纯一种方法干预效果更佳。
Rats are divided into the sham - operation group and the model - making group, which is further divided into the DN group, the PM group, the ES group and the PM + ES group. After 30 - day experiment, the bone activity in the PM group has been markedly increased and the bone metabolism of denervated rats in the ES group has been effectively improved. However the bone metabolism level of denervated rats in the PM + ES group has been better improved, for the joint efforts of PM and ES can maintain the ossein formation and tissue equilibrium to effectively prevent osteoporosis, which is better than any single method alone.
