Al_2O_3陶瓷与金属材料连接的研究进展

摘要 Al2O3陶瓷具有优良的高温强度、耐磨和抗腐蚀等性能而被广泛关注,而金属材料具有良好的塑性、导热和导电等性能。Al2O3陶瓷与金属材料的连接是获得这些良好性能的关键技术之一。综述了Al2O3陶瓷与金属材料连接的一般方法和连接技术,同时指出其发展趋势。 Application of AI2O3 ceramics in structural materials has received extensive attention due to their excellent high-temperature strength and resistance to corrosion and wear, etc. and metal owns good ductility, electric conduction and heat conduction, etc. Joining of AI2O3 /metal is one of essential methods to take advantage of good performances of both AI2O3 and metal. This paper reviews joining of AI2O3/metal about method and technology, and exhibits its development direction.
