一种陶瓷传感器新型制造工艺及实现

摘要 首先对陶瓷传感器进行简略说明并对其存在的高温测量问题就行分析,提出了一种新型陶瓷传感器制造工艺,该工艺采用新型原材料,采用烧结,电镀,点焊等先进方法,以确保传感器的众多优点;通过实验对此传感器进行验证,最后总结此陶瓷传感器优点和本文总结。 A brief description of ceramic sensor is made firstly in this paper. Then a new type manufacturing process of ceramic sensor is put forward through analysis of high-temperature measuring problem which exists in current sensors. The process applies new-brand material and advanced means such as sintering, electroplating and spot welding to ensure many advantages of this sensor. And this sensor is tested and verified by experiments. Finally, its advantages are summarized and conclusion of full text is made in the end of this paper.
