摘要
目的测定青梅茎中总三萜酸的含量。方法以熊果酸为对照品,5%香草醛-冰乙酸和高氯酸为显色剂,采用紫外分光光度法在548nm波长处测定样品的吸光度。结果熊果酸对照品在20—100μg范围内呈良好线性关系。其回归方程为Y=-0.0405+0.00829X,R^2=0.9994。青梅茎中总三萜酸的含量约为2.15%。结论紫外分光光度法适合青梅茎中总三萜酸的含量测定,方法操作简便,结果稳定,重复性好。
Objective To determine the triterpenoidic acid content in the stem of Vatica mangachpoi Blanco growing in Hainan. Methods Under the experimental conditions including ursolic acid as the reference, 5% vanillin -acetic acid and perehloric acid as color developers, the content of triterpenoidic acid in Vatica mangachpoi Blanco was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotomettic method at 548 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear ( r = 0. 999 4) in the range of 20 - 100 μg, and the curve was Y = -0.0405 + 0. 008 29X, the content was about 2.15%. Conclusion The spectrophotometry was suitable for the determination of total triterpenoidic acid in Vatica mangachpoi Blanco. This method is convenient, stable and repeatable.
