泥胡菜中新的酚酸类化合物的分离和鉴定

Isolation and Identification of New Phenolic Acid Derivates from Hemistepta lyrata

目的研究泥胡菜的化学成分。方法对泥胡菜全草的95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分进行色谱分离,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了2个化合物,分别为:8-羧甲基-对羟基肉桂酸乙酯(1)和8-羧甲基-对羟基肉桂酸甲酯(2)。结论化合物1和2均为新化合物。

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Hemistepta lyrata. Methods The constituents of the EtOAc - soluble portion of 95% ethanol extract were isolated and purified by means of chromatography. Compounds were identified by their physical characteristics and spectral features. Results Two compounds were isolated and identified as 8 - carboxymethyl - p -hydroxycinnamic acid ethyl ester （ 1 ） and 8 - carboxymethyl - p - hydroxycinnamic acid methyl ester （ 2 ）. Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds.
