摘要
综述现有研究表明:通过纳米金属氧化物、纳米金属粒子、碳纳米管及碳纳米管复合物对电极进行修饰可有效提高电极的选择性和灵敏度,修饰后的电极在生物体内神经递质的测定,自然界中糖类、氨基酸、硫基化合物等的测定,以及药物分析中都有很好的应用前景.指出,提高电极稳定性和使用寿命将是该领域今后的研究方向.
The selectivity and sensitivity of electrode can be improved by modified with nanometer materi- al, for example, nano-metallic oxide, metallic nano-particles, carbon nanotubes, carbon nanotubes compound and so on. In the determination of neurotransmitter, carbohydrate, amino acid, sulfhydryl compounds and in the pharmaceutical analysis, the modified electrode will have a good applicaton prospect. Finally, the research directions of improving the stability and service life of the electrode is pointed out.
