当归补血汤有效部位指纹图谱归属分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的分析当归补血汤的石油醚、氯仿、醋酸乙酯、正丁醇部位的特征峰在复方全方及在单味药中的归属。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Sh im-Pack VP-ODS柱,250 mm×4.6 mm I.D.,流动相为甲醇-水(梯度洗脱),检测波长为280 nm,流速为1 m l/m in。结果复方石油醚部位的9个特征峰5个来自当归,4个来自黄芪;氯仿部位的9个特征峰6个来自黄芪,3个来自当归;醋酸乙酯部位的11个特征峰,7个同时来自当归和黄芪,1个来自当归,3个来自黄芪;正丁醇部位的7个特征峰,6个同时来自于当归和黄芪,1个来自黄芪。结论复方各部位的指纹图谱为阐明各部位的药效物质基础提供科学依据,为下一步的临床应用以及新药的开发提供参考。 Objective To study the charicteristic peaks of the chief chemical components of the petroleum ether, chloroform, ethl acetate ,n- Butanol parts of Dangguibuxuetang(DBT). Methods HPLC was adopted with Shim-PackVP-ODS as chromatographic column, the Methanol - Water was taken as the mobile phase ( gradient elutiou ), the detective wavelength was 280 nm, and the flow rate was 1 ml/min. Results There were nine peaks in the petroleum ether part of DBT, five of which came from Radix Angelica sinensis and four came from Radix Astragali. There were nine peaks in the chloroform part of DBT, six of which came from Radix Astragali and three came from Radix Angelica sinensis. It was found that of eleven peaks in the ethl acetate part of DBT,one was originated from Radix Angelica sinensis, three were from Radix Astragali, and seven were from both Radix Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali. It was found that of seven peaks in the n - butanol part of DBT, one originated from Radix Astragali and six from both Radix Angelica sinensis and Radix Astragali. Conclusion Every part fingerprint of DBT is helpful to state pharmacodynamic material foundation.
