车灯反光罩成形工艺数值模拟

摘要 先用Pro/E建模,然后用Dynafrom软件研究了压边力和凹模圆角半径对灯罩半径40 mm,压边圈15 mm,深度30 mm的汽车车灯反光罩冲压成型质量的影响.其中,半径55 mm的ST13冷轧钢板毛坯与刚性模具的界面摩擦数取0.11,虚拟冲压速度取5 000 mm/s.研究表明,当压边力为400 kN,凹模圆角半径为4 mm时,起皱现象不明显. The three dimensional model of the car light collector with radius 40 mm blank holder 15 mm and deep 30 mm was established based on Pro/E and using Dynaform software. The blank holder force and die fillet radius stamping forming quality impact were studied. In the process of numerical simulation, border friction 0.11 between radius 55 mm ST13 cold rolling steel plate and rigid die,virtual stamp speed 5 000 mm/s. The research shows that wrinkling phenomenon is not obvious with the blank holder force is 400 kN, die fillet radius 4 mm.
