摘要 目的研究超微粉碎技术与传统提取方法对丹参脂溶性成分提取的影响。方法以丹参酮ⅡA为指标,用高效液相法进行分析测定,考察不同提取方式对丹参酮ⅡA提取率的影响,并用正交实验法进一步优选提取条件。结果丹参酮ⅡA超微粉碎提取的最佳工艺为A3B2C2,即80%乙醇8倍量提取10 min。结论提取时间及乙醇浓度对丹参酮ⅡA的提取率影响较大。 Objective To study the impact of ultrafine grinding technology and the traditional extraction methods on Salvia fat - soluble. Methods With Tanshinone ⅡA as indicator, the effects of different extraction methods on Tanshinone ⅡA rate of extraction were analyzed by HPLC determination and orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions, Results The optimal process of extraction Tanshinone ⅡA was A3B2C2, that was, eight times amount of 80% ethanol for 10 minutes. Conclusion The extraction time and ethanol concentration have great effects on the extraction rate.
