摘要
目的测定理气类中草药中锌、铁、铜、锰4种微量元素的含量。方法利用浓HNO3-HC lO4(4∶1)混合酸消解样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定样品中4种微量元素的含量。结果这几种中草药中微量元素含量丰富,加样平均回收率为96.28%。结论5种中草药中Fe,Zn,Mn含量丰富,Cu含量相对偏低,为新药的开发和药物用量提供了微量元素含量依据。
Objective To determine the contents of Zn, Fe, Cu and Mn in Qi - regulating chinese herbal medicines. Methods The samples were digested with HClO4 - HNO3 ( 4 : 1 ) , and the contents of four microelements were determined by FAAS. Results The microelements were rich in Qi - regulating Chinese herbal medicines and the average recovery of spiked samples was 96.28%. Conclusion In the 5 Chinese herbal medicines, the contents of Zn,Fe and Mn are high, and those of Cu are low. The contents basis of microelements has been provided for medicine dose and the development of new medicine.
