摘要
目的对清肝注射液和茵陈药材中的挥发性成分进行定性、定量测定,并分析注射液和药材之间的相关性。方法采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法测定清肝注射液及茵陈药材中的挥发性成分并用光谱相关色谱法对它们之间的相关性进行分析。挥发性成分采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取。结果清肝注射液中分离出的23个主要物质,有21个来源于茵陈药材。茵陈药材中分离28个物质,定性25个。结论GC-MS法与光谱相关色谱法结合可对具有挥发性成分的中药注射液及其对应药材的相关性进行快速比较分析。
Objective To detect and quantify the volatile components in Qinggan injection and Herba Artemisiae Scopariae and to find the sources of volatile components in Qinggan injection. Methods Volatile components extracted by hydro - distillation method in Qinggan injection and Herba Artemisiae Scopariae were analyzed by GC/MS. Spectral correlative chromatography method was applied to find their correlation. Results Twenty three components were isolated from Qinggan injection. 21 of them could be found in Herba Artemisiae Scopariae. 28 components were isolated from Herba Artemisiae Scopariae. 25 of them were identified. Conclusion GC/MS combined with spectral correlative chromatography method is a good way for the correlation analysis between injection and herbs.
