Study on the Dissolution Rate of National Dragon's Blood Capsules

目的测定国产血竭胶囊的溶出度,以控制其内在质量。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定国产血竭胶囊的溶出度,测定波长284nm。结果同厂不同批次制剂之间的溶出度参数有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同厂的制剂相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论为进一步控制其内在质量,其标准中应增加溶出度测定。

Objective To determine the dissolution rate of national dragon＇s blood capsule and to control its quality. Methods The dissolution rate of national dragon＇s blood capsule was determined by UV - spectrum method. The wavelength was 284 nm. Resuits The dissolution parameters had significant difference between national dragon＇s blood capsules from the same factory but different group（P 〈 0.05） and had very significant difference from different factories（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Dissolution rate test is needed for controlling the quality of national dragon＇s blood capsules.
