摘要
目的研究人参皂苷的微波提取工艺。方法采用正交实验法,以人参皂苷含量作为评价指标,利用紫外分光光度法测定人参中人参皂苷含量。结果乙醇浓度对微波提取人参皂苷有极显著影响,提取时间次之,乙醇用量、提取次数影响较小。结论该提取法具有设备简单,热能利用率高,操作简便,省时省力,人参皂苷提取率高等优点,其最佳提取工艺为以10倍药材粗粉量的70%乙醇溶液作为提取溶媒,提取4次,2 min/次。
Objective To study the optimal extraction condition of ginsenoside by alcohol. Methods The optimal extraction process was selected by the orthogonal design. The content of ginsenoside in ginseng was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The content of ginsenoside was influenced significantly by the concentration of alcohol and the extraction time was followed by. It was hardly influenced by the volume of the alcohol and the extraction temperature. Conclusion The extraction method is appropriate, simple and feasible with the ratio of liquid to solid material at 10: 1 and the concentration of alcohol at 7%, extracting 4 times(2 min at each time).
