摘要
目的对飞蓬中总黄酮有效部位进行研究,并以此为依据开发中药五类新药。方法以总黄酮和灯盏乙素提取率为评价指标,选取不同提取溶剂和提取方法,利用正交实验L9(34)优选乙醇回流提取飞蓬的工艺。结果飞蓬最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇回流提取3次,1h/次,加醇量为14倍量。结论优选的工艺稳定可行,可作为开发飞蓬药材资源的参考。
Objective To study the effective component of Erigeron acer so as to develop new drugs. Methods The extraction rate of total flavonoids and scutellarin was choosen as the assessment indexes. To select the different extraction solvent and extraction method. The optimum ethanol extraction process was selected with the orthogonal experiment design. Results The optimum ethanol extraction process conditions follow as: adding 14 - fold of 70% ethanol, lhour of reflux for 3times of extraction. Conclusion The optimized process is simple, stable and highly efficient. It is also worthy of a trial in pharmaceutical production of Erigeron acer.
