摘要 回流区分级着火燃烧原理是在开缝钝体燃烧器的基础上,将少量煤粉气流引入回流区首先着火成为火源点,再点燃主流,实现分级着火燃烧过程,大大地强化了劣质燃料的燃烧与火焰稳定性。该项技术已在石化企业220 t/h煤粉锅炉上成功应用,达到了良好的技术经济指标。 The principle of recireulating zone staged igniting combustion technology is as follow: based on the slitting bluff-body burner, a few coal air flow is leaded into the recireulating zone and ignited first. it becomes a ignition source and is used to ignite the main coal air flow, so the staged igniting combustion process is realized, and the combustion of poor-grade coal is strengthening, the flame stability is raised. The technology was applied in a 220 t/h pulverized-fuel boiler of a petrochemical enterprise, and good technical, economical indexes were archived.
