300kA级大型预焙阳极铝电解槽是近年来研制成功并大规模工业应用的先进铝电解槽,目前已经迅速成为我国铝冶炼行业主力槽型之一,在建和扩建的铝冶炼企业几乎全部采用此级别的槽型。随着300kA电解槽运行时间的延长,其达到使用寿命后电解槽大修必不可免。介绍了豫港龙泉铝业伊川铝厂在进行电解槽大修过程中对电解槽破损进行分析,制定详细的大修方案、安排合理的大修工期节点、采取对应的措施的生产实践。

300kA aluminium reduction cell was a kind of advanced cell developed recently, and these cells now were put into commercial use in China successfully. Also these cells were most popular cells in Chinese aluminium smelters so that more and more new smelters and expanded one take these kind cells. With the running time past, the cells need to be reconstructed. In the paper, the cathode disintegration of 300kA cells in Yichuan aluminium smelters is analyzed, also the cells reconstruction scheme and schedule are discussed. In order to prolong the cells lift - time, some measures are taken to solve the problems which cause the ceils cathode disintegration.
