单轴磁晶各向异性薄膜转矩曲线分析

Analysis of Torque Curves for Uniaxial Anisotropic Thin Films

摘要 根据单轴磁晶各向异性常数的测量原理,在有限外磁场作用下和各向异性常数的取向不在法线上的原因,从理论上分析计算模型的误差,讨论校正转矩曲线的方法,并选择TbFeCo薄膜作为测量对象,应用该方法校正其转矩曲线。结果表明,这种校正方法可以减小单轴磁晶各向异性常数的计算误差。 The computing error of uniaxial anisotropic constant Ku exists from theoretical analysis of the uniaxial magnetic anisotropy under the conditions of limited applied magnetic field and the angle of the Ku with respect to the normal of the plane of thin film, and a correcting method of the torque curves was discussed. The torque curve of TbFeCo thin film was corrected using this method, and the results showed that the computing error of uniaxial anisotropic constant Ku was reduced.
