摘要
对高温钛合金Ti60进行了线性摩擦焊接工艺研究,并对接头进行了退火处理,对比分析了退火前后接头形貌的微观组织变化,结合焊接参数的影响,分析了接头力学性能以及焊接能量输入对接头性能的影响。研究结果表明,接头强度可以达到与母材等强,但是塑性指标较低;焊接参数振幅对能量输入影响最大。焊后热处理能促使焊缝晶粒细化并均匀分布,但对热影响区和母材的组织影响不大。
The linear friction welding experiment and research for Ti60 high temperature titanium alloy is carried out.The tensile performances test and joint structure analysis of the post weld sample are conducted.The relation of the tensile fracture of the sample and the welding input energy is analyzed.It is found that the strength of the joint is equal to that of the base metal,but the plasticity is rather low.The most factor that affected input energy is welding oscillation.The weld zone is slender fine uniformity grain structure after heat-treatment.But the microstructure of the base metal and the near-weld zone are not affected by heat-treatment.
