X80管线钢STT+药芯自保护焊接工艺研究

Study on STT & flux-cored wire self-shielding welding technology of X80 pipeline steel

介绍了STT气保护半自动根焊、自保护药芯焊丝半自动焊填充盖面工艺的特点,以及对X80管线钢焊接适应性的研究。在选定焊接方法、焊接材料和工艺参数条件后,进行了X80管线钢试件焊接和接头性能试验。结果表明,所选的焊接方法、焊接材料和工艺参数可用于这种材料管道的现场焊接。

The processing character of semi-automatic root welding of shield by STT gas and filling covered surface conducted by semi-automatic welding using auto-shielded flux-cored wire,their applying on X80 pipe line was introduced in this paper.Semi-automatic root welding Shielded by STT gas ,the processing character of filling covered surface conducted by semi-automatic welding using auto-shielded flux-cored wire and their applying on X80 pipe line was introduced in this paper.Experiments were conducted on X80 pipe wire steel with different welding materials and technical parameter, and properties of the joint were tested.The results indicated that the chosen means of welding, welding materials and technical parameters can be used in the site welding on this pipeline.
