摘要
主要对WH70高强钢进行了焊接性能的理论及实验研究,从工艺角度分析了其可焊性、抗裂性。并根据液压支架的制造要求,制定了合理的焊接规范,选用低强匹配焊丝施焊,对主要结构件进行整体预热,焊后进行回火时效处理,获得了满意的试验效果。成功应用于液压支架的焊接。
In this paper,the major is experiment study focused on the high-strength steel WH70 welding performance,analyse its solderability and crack resistance from the view point of welding technology.And have formulated a reasonable welding norms,the experiment selected the low-matching strength wire to performed, warm-up the overall of the main structure, do welding temper aging treatment after wehted, and got the satisfied welding effect.It has been successfully used in hydraulic support of the welding.
