摘要 介绍了国内外数字焊机电源的发展现状以及面临的问题,指出应用计算机仿真技术开发数字焊机电源的必要性。在回顾了计算机仿真技术的发展历程以及常用几种电路仿真软件之后,分析了其在焊机电源领域的应用现状。最后,对计算机仿真技术在数字化焊接电源应用中存在的问题进行了深入分析,进而展望我国数字化焊机电源的发展。 The development of digital welding pewer source is the pop topic of welding power source research.This paper introduces the current development of digital welding power source at home and abroad and the facing difficulties during the research of this aspect,and then points out the necessity of the application of computer simulation.After the review of the development of computer simulation, especially the characteristics and status of the electrical and electronic simulation,a summary of its application to welding power source and some simulation soft packages generally used is introduced.In the end,based on the deep analysis of its application to digital welding power source, this paper forecasts the future development.
